General Rules

1. No Cheating or Exploiting

   • Use of cheats, hacks, or third-party software that provides unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
   • Exploiting game glitches, bugs, or unintended mechanics is not allowed. Report any discovered exploits to the admin team.

2. No Toxic Behavior

   • Harassment, bullying, hate speech, racism, sexism, or offensive behavior in chat or gameplay is not permitted.
   • Excessive trash talk or toxicity aimed at other players will result in warnings or bans.

3. No Spamming or Advertising

   • Avoid spamming chat with repeated messages or excessive use of caps lock.
   • Advertising other servers, products, or services is prohibited.

4. Respect Server Admins

   • Admins are here to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Do not argue with their decisions or abuse them in chat.
   • False reporting or spamming admins with trivial complaints is not allowed.

Gameplay Rules

5. Group Size Limit

   • Follow the server’s group size restrictions, both for raiding and general gameplay. No alliances that exceed the group limit.
   • Sharing bases, loot, or planning raids with players outside your group is prohibited.

6. Raiding Rules

   • Excessive offline raiding (targeting players who are not online) is discouraged to maintain fairness.

7. Base Building Guidelines

   • Do not build excessively large or lag-inducing bases that could negatively impact server performance.
   • Avoid creating bases that block access to key areas such as monuments, resources, or spawn zones.
   • Turrets and traps should not be placed in a manner that causes unnecessary harm to new or unarmed players.

8. Do Not Block Key Resources

   • Bases that block access to sulfur, stone, wood nodes, or any critical resource areas are not allowed.
   • Monuments must remain accessible to all players—building near monuments is permitted, but blocking entrances is prohibited.

9. No Loot Trapping or Door Camping

   • Avoid camping outside a player’s base for extended periods or trapping them inside to prevent gameplay.
   • Taking loot from other players is part of the game, but trapping loot in areas inaccessible to others is prohibited.

Server Integrity Rules

10. Respect Wipe Schedules

    • Be aware of wipe schedules. Playing during the last moments before a wipe should still adhere to all server rules.
    • Do not harass players or engage in excessive destruction solely because a wipe is imminent.

11. No Abusing Plugins or Mods

    • We use custom plugins/mods, do not abuse or exploit them for unintended advantages.
    • Report any issues or bugs related to mods to server admins promptly.

12. Resource Etiquette

    • Do not hoard excessive amounts of resources for the sole purpose of denying them to others.
    • Share resources within your group responsibly.

Chat and Community Guidelines

13. Be Respectful in Chat

    • Do not engage in personal attacks or use inappropriate language.
    • Keep political, religious, or highly sensitive topics out of the chat.

14. No Impersonation

    • Do not impersonate admins, moderators, or other players.

15. Keep It Fun

    • While Rust is competitive, maintain a spirit of sportsmanship. Enjoy the game while respecting others’ experiences.

Consequences for Rule Violations

1. Players found breaking the rules will receive warnings or immediate bans, depending on the severity of the offense.
2. Cheating, exploiting, or harassment may result in permanent bans without warning.
3. Repeated offenders will face escalating penalties, including group penalties if rules are violated as a team.
